Hi, I’m Kate—the creator behind Denture Dame.
My journey into dental education didn’t begin in a classroom or clinic. It began as a patient, navigating severe dental loss, complex treatment decisions, and the emotional weight that often comes with them. Along the way, I learned firsthand how confusing, overwhelming, and isolating dental care can feel, especially when patients are left without clear explanations or support.
Through lived experience, research-backed information, and honest conversations, I create educational content that helps people better understand their dental health and treatment options. I focus on breaking down complex topics into clear, approachable language, without shame, fear, or judgment.
At the heart of my work is a simple truth: dental health is medical health. Oral health impacts the entire body, yet it’s often treated as optional or cosmetic.
